The Bussin’ Breakfast Closed its Olmos Park location on February 28, 2025.  Please visit the Balcones Heights location at 2730 Hillcrest Rd during limited hours until we relocate to our permanent home.

THE BUSSIN’ BREAKFAST, a Veteran-owned an operated entity, opened its doors in Olmos Park, Texas on September 1, 2023.  Currently, the Olmos Park location is its only location but plans to open additional locations in the San Antonio area are underway.

Located in the heart of the Olmos Park district in San Antonio, Texas, THE BUSSIN’ BREAKFAST is conveniently located right off the roundabout at the intersection of McCullough Avenue and East Olmos Drive and serves Bussin’ breakfast and lunch items.

This location serves a “Soulfood Sunday” menu and complimentary mimosas and margaritas to its Patrons on select days. Karaoke, hosted by “G-Train” DJ services provided by WSAN radio’s Ron Gordon, and other events are held on advertised days.
