There is limited indoor seating for those who want to dine in. Focused more on lunch and burgers, this location still serves our infamous fluffy waffles, funnel cake waffles, chicken and waffles, and many of our other fan-favorites. Whether it’s Olmos Park or Balcones Heights, come on down to The Bussin’ Breakfast-Where All Our Breakfast is Bussin’!

The Bussin’ Breakfast opened its second location in Balcones Heights at 2730 Hillcrest Dr in November 2024. Since the Olmos Park location’s closing, the Balcones Heights location is the exclusive location until The Bussin’ Breakfast find its permanent home location.
